GLOBAL: The AAOIFI has released a draft English translation of its Shariah standards covering Standards 1 to 61. The board clarified that the translation is unofficial and has not yet been reviewed or approved by the Shariah board or its committees. Stakeholders, scholars and experts have been invited to submit comments and suggestions on the draft by the 30th June 2026.
