SAUDI ARABIA: Shariah compliant asset manager Afaq Capital is buying over the entire VC portfolio of Falak. Described as the first secondary exit of such an investment portfolio, particularly in emerging markets where access to liquidity remains a challenge, this deal was arranged by ex-Falak Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer Hassan Ikram.
