UAE: Aldar and Mubadala Capital are launching Aldar Capital, an investment management platform offering various real estate and infrastructure opportunities across the UAE and wider GCC region. This joint venture firm will offer managed funds for institutional investors including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, fund of funds, insurance companies and family offices – with its first fund to be launched in 2026, targeting a size of US$1 billion.
