UAE: Alef Education Holding is offering 1.4 billion shares, representing 20% of its share capital, ahead of its IPO to be listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Indicative pricing is to be announced when subscriptions open on the 28th May 2024, the window closes on the 5th June 2024 while the ADX listing is scheduled for the 12th June 2024. The Internal Shariah Supervision Committee of First Abu Dhabi Bank has issued a pronouncement confirming this offering is Shariah compliant.
