MALAYSIA: Alliance Islamic Bank inked underwriting agreements with food manufacturer OB Holdings and sanitary ware firm Sorento Capital for their eventual listing on Bursa Malaysia’s ACE market, reported The Sun newspaper. Both firms are scheduled to be listed by the fourth quarter of 2024, with the bank acting as the principal adviser, sponsor, sole underwriter and placement agent for the IPO exercise.
