MALAYSIA: Alliance Islamic Bank is underwriting the IPO of industrial pipes producer Pantech Global, which is issuing 262.23 million new shares – representing 30.85% of its enlarged share capital – ahead of a Bursa Malaysia listing in Q1 2025. The Islamic bank is underwriting the public offer of 86 million Pantech Global shares.
