BANGLADESH: Bangladesh Bank Governor Abdur Rouf Talukder has resigned two years before the end of his term, citing personal reasons for his departure, reported Bloomberg quoting unnamed sources.
This followed the political uprising that forced Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to step down and flee the country.
