SAUDI ARABIA: Beehive, a P2P digital lending platform headquartered in Dubai, has signed a non-binding offer with Saudi Arabia–licensed crowdfunding platform, Themar, for a partial merger, pending regulatory approval. The transaction aims to create a regulated Shariah compliant fintech lender in the Kingdom.
