MALAYSIA: Benih Restu, the wholly-owned funding conduit of Malaysian plantations operator Genting Plantations, has registered its Sukuk Wakalah program worth RM2 billion (US$417.33 million) under the Securities Commission Malaysia's Lodge and Launch Framework.
The principal advisors for the program are AmInvestment Bank, Hong Leong Investment Bank, OCBC Al-Amin Bank and Public Investment Bank.
