SAUDI ARABIA: Cenomi Centers has completed the private placement issuance of additional US$100 million Sukuk which shall be consolidated and will form part of the same currently outstanding US$500 million Sukuk due 2029 and issued on the 6th March 2024, according to a bourse filing.
The US$500 million Sukuk issuance is Cenomi Centers’s first Sukuk issuance in almost three years.
