SAUDI ARABIA: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia approved Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company’s request to raise its capital to SAR500 million (US$133.3 million) with a one-for-nine bonus share issuance. This reflects the transfer of SAR50 million (US$13.33 million) from retained earnings to the company’s capital.
