CMA approves Al Rajhi Namaa Fund

SAUDI ARABIA: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the public offering of the Al Rajhi Namaa Fund to be offered by Al Rajhi Capital, according to a statement issued on the 29th March 2026. The approval confirms that the fund has met the regulatory requirements under the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement to invest. The authority reiterated that investors should carefully review the terms and conditions including risk factors, before making any investment decision.
