SAUDI ARABIA: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved Saudi Fransi Capital (SFC)’s public offering of the Algorithm Enhanced Saudi Equity Trading Fund. The CMA reminded investors to review the fund’s terms and conditions including its strategy and risk factors, before subscribing, noting that its approval only confirms regulatory compliance and does not constitute a recommendation to invest.
