SAUDI ARABIA: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has announced a public consultation period for its draft amendments to the investment funds regulations on the 21st October 2024, inviting feedback from interested stakeholders. The consultation will last for fifteen days, until the 5th November 2024.
The project will develop investor protection by changing the requirements for offering private and foreign investment funds to retail clients.
