SAUDI ARABIA: Derayah Financial appointed the Shariyah Review Bureau on the 25th June 2025 to form a Shariah supervisory committee including Sheikh Dr Mohammed Ali Elgari (chairman), Sheikh Dr Khalid Abdullah Al-Muzaini and Sheikh Dr Salah Fahad Al Shalhoob. This committee will oversee the bank’s operations and products for Shariah compliance and issue an annual audit report to the board of directors.
