UAE: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM)’s new Arena platform offers alternative capital-raising and investment opportunities for emerging companies that are already generating revenue with a minimum two-year operating history. This newly-launched early-stage investment platform will see company offerings of at least US$10 million in total, with the subscription process for private investors being similar to IPOs.
