BAHRAIN: Eskan Bank Realty Income Trust (EBRIT), a Shariah compliant REIT in Bahrain, has appointed ASK Real Estate as its new independent property appraiser for the mid-year valuation as of the 30th June 2025, in accordance with its prospectus requirement to rotate appraisers every two years. ASK will provide valuation services for both mid-year and year-end 2025 and 2026 at a total annual fee of BHD2,680 (US$7,126).
