UAE: Emirates REIT shareholders have on the 15th October 2024, approved an acquisition transaction with TECOM Group, a real estate company.
IFN reported that Equitativa, the manager of Emirates REIT, announced the signing of the agreement, which involved the acquisition of Office Park, a Grade-A commercial asset located in Dubai Internet City valued at AED720 million (US$196 million).
