TURKIYE: Turkiye Real Estate Bank, or Turkiye Emlak Katilim Bankasi (Emlak Katilim), has on the 12th March 2024 through Emlak Katilim Varlik Kiralama launched a Sukuk facility worth TRY1 billion (US$31.14 million) that carries a 92-day tenor and a 45% simple annual return rate, according to a bourse filing.
