TURKIYE: Turkiye Real Estate Bank, or Turkiye Emlak Katilim Bankasi (Emlak Katilim) has on the 14th March 2024 through Emlak Katilim Varlik Kiralama issued a Sukuk facility worth TRY50 million (US$1.55 million) that carries a 98-day tenor and a 44% simple annual return rate, according to a bourse filing.
