BAHRAIN: Esterad Investment Company has announced the resignation of Hisham Alrayes as the chairman of the company’s board, effective the 10th May 2025, to focus on GFH Financial Group and on his private business ventures. Following this, Nabeel Nooruddin has been appointed as the new chairman of the board by acclamation.
Separately, Fahad Yateem has also been appointed as a new member of the investment bank’s board.
