MALAYSIA: Farm Price Holdings, a wholesaler and distributor of fresh vegetables, food and beverage products and other groceries based in Johor, has partnered with Alliance Islamic Bank for its upcoming IPO on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
Alliance Islamic Bank is to underwrite the 33.75 million new shares that will be offered to the Malaysian public and pink form allocations, as reported by The Edge Malaysia.
