INDONESIA: CIMB Niaga and Principal Asset Management (Principal Indonesia) launched what is possibly the first US dollar-denominated Islamic stock mutual fund product in Indonesia. The Principal Islamic ASEAN Equity Syariah Mutual Fund focuses on investment in Southeast Asia, except the Philippines due to Indonesian regulatory restrictions.
