BAHRAIN: GFH Financial Group has appointed Pietro De Libero as board secretary, in addition to his existing role as chief legal officer. Additionally, Bhaskar Mehta, the company’s chief risk officer, has been assigned as acting CFO following the departure of Surya Hariharan from the role of Group CFO.
