UK: Fintech Dija, established in 2024 to help bridge the gender wealth gap by empowering women into ethical and Halal investing, is being closed. Co-founder and CEO Yasmine El-Mehairy posted on LinkedIn that the decision was made in mid-January 2026 as “we explored every realistic path forward, but … anticipated funding did not materialize and runway was exhausted.”
