INDONESIA: The Indonesia Stock Exchange has appointed Jeffrey Hendrik as its interim president director following approval by its board of commissioners in coordination with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Jeffrey currently serves as director of business development at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The appointment is intended to ensure business continuity and the execution of the exchange’s strategic mandate. The exchange said the decision was made in line with corporate governance requirements and prevailing regulations.
