GLOBAL: Investcorp’s Strategic Capital Group has added four senior professionals to drive post-acquisition value creation and strategic growth for its portfolio of alternative asset managers. The hires include Amir R. Rezvani as head of Middle East coverage, Jon Hays as head of wealth coverage, Svein Floden as operating partner and Lindsay Shagrin as vice-president. The new team members bring expertise across investor engagement, wealth channel fundraising, product and distribution strategy as well as institutional capital formation.
