GLOBAL: Investcorp Capital announced the purchase of another four student housing projects in the US with over 2,500 beds in total. The gross transaction value of over US$300 million covers occupied properties in the states of Kentucky, Oklahama and Texas. Investcorp previously invested US$160 million for student housing in the states of Florida and Texas, stating this strategy aligns with its business commitment of seeking to pay semi-annual dividends of at least 8% per annum.
