UAE: Investcorp Capital has agreed to an US$800 million refinancing by way of a revolving credit facility to repay an existing US$600 million facility to Investcorp Group, which was implemented when Investcorp Capital listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange in November 2023, according to a statement.
