SAUDI ARABIA: Investcorp forged a distribution deal with digital real estate investment platform Stake to offer Shariah compliant opportunities. This deal allows retail investors to gain access to Investcorp’s international real estate opportunities traditionally available only to institutional partners. The first such offering was a US‑based opportunity, with a second tranche opened on the Stake platform.
