The manager of the funds is ASNB, a wholly owned subsidiary of PNB. ASNB was established on 22 May 1979 and has been in the industry for more than forty (40) years. ASNB has a total of 18 funds, with a total value of RM276.48 billion as of 31st December 2023.

The Manager has outsourced the following functions to PNB in order to be consistent with the PNB Group practice that the back office and supervisory functions of all entities within the PNB Group are centralized and carried out at group level. Since ASNB is a wholly owned subsidiary company of PNB and forms part of the PNB Group, the supervisory functions of ASNB are sourced out to PNB in order to minimize duplication and streamlining of activities within the PNB Group to achieve optimum operational efficiency.

ASNB uses active portfolio management, revising asset allocations in response to economic shifts and optimizing the Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) to balance risk and return.
