Amwal Capital Partners is an Independent Asset Management Firm set up in 2014, investing in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The team has experience in investing in MENA and have worked together for almost twenty years. During that time, the team has built a very consistent track record having successfully invested across various asset classes in the region.

The investment approach employs a combination of macro-economic analysis and fundamental individual sector and security analysis by conducting thorough private-equity style due diligence to identify attractive investment opportunities in the public markets.

In 2015, Amwal Capital Partners launched its maiden fund, Amwal Capital Partners MENA Fund which is a long-biased MENA fund investing mainly in public equities. Independent and fully owned by its Management & Investment team, the Firm manages capital for the world largest Sovereign wealth funds and international institutional investors including Funds of Funds, Multi-family offices, pensions and endowments, insurance companies, and foundations.

The Firm has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Amwal Capital Almaliyah, which was set up in 2023 and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is regulated by the CMA; and, Amwal Capital Partners Limited, set up in 2016 and is based in Dubai, UAE and is regulated by the DFSA.
