We source and invest in attractive early-stage private companies operating in promising and scalable sectors through partnering with experienced and accomplished entrepreneurs. We are active in the oversight and guidance of the investee companies through board and committee representation, which includes improving corporate governance, financial structure, strategic direction, providing technical expertise, establishing key business introductions, and developing an appropriate expansion plan.
We invite our clients to co-invest in such opportunities while ensuring the alignment of the interests of management with those of the shareholders. We target 2 investments a year and seek to exit each investment within 3 to 4 years from the time of investing.
Mergers And Acquisitions.
We assist buyers in sourcing opportunities, assessment, valuation, negotiations, term sheet preparation, due diligence, documentation, and closing.
