Greenwich Trustees
Greenwich Trustees was incorporated on the sixth of November in 1991 as Afribank Trustees and Securities Limited, a subsidiary of the then Afribank Nigeria PLC.

The name was later changed to Afribank Trustees and Asset Management Company LTD. The company commenced operations in the year 2000.

Owing to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) intervention in the parent bank, Afribank Nigeria PLC, which culminated in the setting up of a bridge bank called Mainstreet Bank Limited to take over the assets and liabilities of Afribank Nigeria PLC, the name of Afribank Trustees and Asset Management Company LTD in 2011 was changed to Mainstreet Bank Trustees & Asset Management Company LTD.

Following the acquisition of Mainstreet Bank Limited in 2014 by Skye Bank PLC, Mainstreet Bank Trustees by implication became 100% owned by Skye Bank PLC. However, as a result of the Central Bank of Nigeria directive to banks to divest from non-core banking subsidiaries, in 2016, Skye Bank sold the company to a group of investors.

Greenwich Trustees has provided financial services on matters pertaining to private trusts, bond floatation, and loan syndication services to a variety of clients including high-net-worth individuals, corporate bodies, governments, educational bodies, and financial institutions.

Greenwich Trustees Limited has been rated (Bbb) with a stable outlook by Agusto & Co. The activity of the organization is regulated by The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
