Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB), established on 8 May 2006, is a property investment company mandated by the government to increase Bumiputera participation in the ownership of prime commercial real estate assets in Malaysia. A key component of its mission is the management of Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera (AHB), a shariah compliant unit trust fund, serving as the delivery vehicle for this purpose.

As a wholly owned operating subsidiary of Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (YPB), PHB strategically acquires and participates in the development of properties in key locations across Malaysia. Additionally, PHB extends its reach by providing property management and leasing management services through its subsidiary entities.
