The National Investor ( TNI ) is a UAE based investment company with strong expertise in investment banking, private equity, and real estate.

TNI was founded in 1994 as a private joint stock company incorporated in Abu Dhabi. TNIs current paid up capital is AED 235 million. TNI is listed with Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange and has a shareholding base of investors representing some of the UAE most prominent business figures.

TNI was ranked by Euromoney (2005, 2006) and Reuters/Dealogic (2005) as a leading arranger of public share offerings, with total transaction value of above AED 12 billion (USD 3.3 billion). TNIs investment banking team has been involved in local and international transactions with a total value exceeding AED 150 billion (approx. USD 41 billion).

TNI portfolio companies include key investments in the hospitality, real estate, and entertainment sectors. The Private Equity Division provides strategic guidance and financial support to the portfolio companies of TNI.
