GLOBAL: J Equity Partners, a Shariah compliant investment firm in Bahrain, launched The Sterling Wallet, a private credit investment platform focusing on asset-backed fixed income to provide exposure to multi-sector real estate assets across the UK. Sterling Wallet I, the first tranche of The Sterling Wallet which has an investment term of two years, was launched in May 2024 and is scheduled to close through successive drawdowns.
