SAUDI ARABIA: Distribution of cash dividends to Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund’s unitholders for Q4 2024 was set at SAR20 (US$5.33), maintaining the REIT’s quarterly dividend payout trend since 2021. The portfolio value stood at SAR2.69 billion (US$717.73 million) at the 31st December 2024 while net asset value per unit rose slightly to SAR11.82 (US$3.15) compared to SAR11.76 (US$3.14) at the end of Q3 2024.
