SAUDI ARABIA: Jadwa Investment, the manager of the Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund, has announced the expiration of its management contract with NMR Real Estate for the Riyadh Boulevard Complex. The company has signed a new agreement with Sareed Development and Real Estate Investment on the 16th October 2024, to carry out responsibility for the complex’s leasing, marketing, operations and maintenance.
The contract term will be three years and two months, effective the 29th October 2024.
