PAKISTAN: JS Global Capital has appointed Muhammad Khalil Usmani as the CEO of the company, subject to regulatory approvals, while Shahab Anwar Khawaja has been appointed as board chairman. Both appointments are for a three-year term, effective the 22nd December 2025.
