GLOBAL: Kamco Invest – Saudi partnered with Flexam Invest for its Ijarah project, Project Odyssey, with a target size of US$41.85 million. Project Odyssey is a European asset-backed leasing vehicle that invests in tangible leased assets – with a focus on Ijarah leases across the logistics, land transportation, maritime and aviation sectors.
Kamco Invest is partnering with European leasing specialist Flexam Invest (Kartesia group) to build a robust institutional grade origination and asset management platform.
In early 2025, Kamco Invest partnered with European Green Logistics Space for a new venture focused on modern, sustainable ‘brown-to-green’ logistics facilities, including big-box and urban logistics, in key European markets including Germany.
