KUWAIT: The Kuwaiti government has appointed Nora Suleiman Al-Fassam as its new finance minister as part of a cabinet shuffle, reported Reuters quoting a decree issued by the country’s Emir. Nora most recently served as the chief strategy officer at Boubyan Bank.
