GLOBAL: Kuwaiti PE firm, Urooj International Holding, is getting a stake in UK-based 90 North Real Estate Partners. Details of the deal were not disclosed, but 90 North Founder and Managing Partner Philip Churchill will continue to be a shareholder. Founded in 2011, 90 North has completed over US$2 billion transactions to date, specializing in responsible and Shariah compliant investments across multiple sectors – including office, industrial, medical and healthcare as well as student housing.
