LC Wakaful Digital gets approved as first social exchange platform operator
MALAYSIA: The Securities Commission Malaysia announced the appointment of LC Wakaful Digital as the first social exchange platform operator in Malaysia. Platform guidelines, associated with the the Maqasid Al-Shariah Guidance for Islamic Capital Market and drawing inspiration from models in India, were announced in September 2025.
