MALAYSIA: Malaysia Debt Ventures (MDV), a subsidiary of the Minister of Finance and an agency under the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, has appointed Sharul Sazman Samaan as its chief business officer effective the 20th June 2025.
Sharul, who had been serving as acting chief business officer since December 2024, has over 20 years of experience in the financing sector, including 17 years at MDV, where he has held various leadership roles across business development, credit and client coverage.
