LUXEMBOURG: Yann Hilpert has joined Maples and Calder (Luxembourg), the Maples Group's law firm in Luxembourg, as a partner and co-head of the Luxembourg finance team and will work alongside Arnaud Arrecgros. He will advise private equity houses, financial institutions, alternative investment funds, multinational companies and private clients.
