MALAYSIA: Maybank has appointed Shafiq Abdul Jabbar as its new group CFO effective the 7th July 2025. Shafiq, who has over 25 years of experience in banking, finance, media and professional services, will lead transformation within the group finance division of the bank, leveraging on technology and data.
