Mubadala announces two new investments, an exit

UAE: Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala invested US$75 million in real estate platform Property Finder, leading a US$170 million total investment with participation from Beco Capital. Mubadala’s MENA Venture Capital Fund also co-invested with VC Arbor Ventures in a pre-series B round for Applied AI, an Abu Dhabi-based AI start-up building AI-native workflow solutions for regulated industries and sectors such as healthcare, insurance, banking, energy and government.

Meanwhile, Mubadala sold its minority stake in US-based Arcadia Consumer Healthcare to funds managed by Bansk Group. Arcadia’s over-the-counter portfolio ranges from nutritional supplements to various treatments, including mouthwash and fungal solutions.
