Mulkia Investment drops real estate fund

SAUDI ARABIA: Mulkia Investment has announced the termination of its MoU with an undisclosed party to establish a real estate fund to acquire a plot of land in Buraidah City. The firm noted that the decision will not result in legal or financial claims.

The MoU was signed on the 26th February 2024.
