SAUDI ARABIA: Mulkia Investment Company, as the fund manager and operator of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund, has announced the acquisition of a new real estate asset in the Al Maathar neighbourhood in Riyadh.
The property has a total built-up area of 55,320.17 square meters on a land area of 6,217.47 square meters, with an additional 3,069.37 square meters of land for parking, according to a bourse filing.
